We planned most of our wedding ourselves but booked Vicky for on-the-day coordination. Best decision we made. She looked after everything, including supplier arrivals, the ceremony setup, guest transport and the timings for dinner and speeches. At one point the musicians were delayed and the seating plan needed changing, but we knew absolutely nothing about it until the following day. We spent our wedding drinking cava, laughing with our friends and enjoying the Spanish sunshine instead of checking the time or answering questions. That was exactly what we wanted.
